Can I select different colors of pillows If I ordered more than 1 Spoonie?

Absolutely! You can mix n match with whatever colors you’d like. We will send you out a message requesting your color choices for everything you’ve ordered.

Current color options for Spoonie Pillows are: Teal, Coral, Grey, Tie Dye Navy, & Tie Dye Rainbow

Can I order an extra Spoonie cover?

Great question. We hadn’t planned for this option, but we love the idea and are happy to accommodate our customer requests. So the answer is YES but I can’t 100% say that the Extra Spoonie Cover option will be available to order during the campaign or if that will take a bit longer to coordinate. My goal will be to make them available at the time of our standard E-commerce launch sometime in Q3 or Q4 when the new website goes live, around the time we fulfill all our backers orders.

Do the Spoonie Pillows get hot or uncomfy after using them for a while?

No! In all of my personal experience, and I’ve had plenty, I’ve never felt hot or uncomfy while using a Spoonie pillow on my arm. This goes for cuddling or sleeping! I tend to “run hot” and I’ve never experienced this issue. We also have hundreds of customers from last year’s Spoonie production run and I have never heard of a customer mentioning heat as an issue.

The testing and prototyping time I spent on the Spoonie was fairly extensive and I’d like to think I captured all the primary concerns that come along with this product.

As we go on, I do expect to incorporate the community’s feedback on this version of the Pillow and any future versions we develop!

Can we select any color for Hoodies / Joggers / Coozies?

Apparel and Cuddle Coozies come in our 2 Tie Dye variants. Tie Dye Navy / White Tie Dye Rainbow / Pastel

The 3 primary colors of Grey, Coral, and Teal are currently available as Spoonie Pillow colors only.

Can I pickup my product locally if I live near you in Denver Colorado?

YES! We added this local pickup option as a direct result of community feedback. At the time the production fulfillment is ready, this is when you’d be able to pickup your order. We’re targeting September for fulfillment, and we will be updating everyone along the way.

So if you are local, you’ll still need to order the reward level you’d like and unfortunately, there is no way to remove or delete shipping from your order. So as a token of my appreciation to all my local Spoonie peeps, I’ve decided to give you a FREE Spoonie Cuddle Coozie.

I look forward to personally meeting anyone that backed this campaign :)

Current Estimated Shipping Date: September 2021

Global production and supply chain logistics are the primary hurdle we're currently handling. We are working closely with a number of suppliers, manufacturing companies, and production mills in various countries to ensure a high quality product along with the most efficient fulfillment timeline we can accomplish. We're also working closely with my local manufacturing company here in Denver Colorado and as soon as we have our timeline locked in, we will send out notifications and updates as the timeline becomes a bit more stable. BackerKit FAQ

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
